Which class should I book first?
New to reformer Pilates? Start with PLAY Foundations. It introduces the equipment, fundamental movements and PLAYGROUND coaching approach.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, fitted clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for all reformer classes.
Do I need previous Pilates experience?
Not at all. Our Opening Month classes are designed to welcome first-time clients, with clear coaching and options suited to your experience.
