b. adres e-mail przypisany do konta Fitssey;

c. opis zgłaszanych nieprawidłowości;

d. datę zdarzenia, Zajęć, zakupu lub transakcji, której dotyczy reklamacja;

Należna kwota zostanie obliczona proporcjonalnie do zakresu wykorzystanych usług i ceny zakupionego Planu.

17.5. W sprawach nieuregulowanych Regulaminem zastosowanie mają przepisy prawa polskiego, w szczególności Kodeksu cywilnego oraz ustawy o prawach konsumenta.

c. a description of the reported issue;

d. the date of the relevant event, Class, purchase or transaction;

e. the requested resolution; and

f. any documents or information that may assist in reviewing the complaint, where available.

14.4 The absence of any of the information listed above will not automatically result in the complaint being rejected. If the information provided is insufficient, PLAYGROUND may ask the Client to provide additional information.

An Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights may submit complaints under the same procedural rules as a Consumer to the extent that applicable law grants that person consumer protection.

14.7 Submitting a complaint does not limit the right of a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights to pursue claims under applicable law.

15. Consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract

15.1. A Client who is a consumer and enters into a distance contract through the Service may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which it was concluded, without giving any reason and, subject to paragraph 5 below, without incurring any costs.

15.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must inform PLAYGROUND of the decision by sending an unequivocal statement to hello@playground-wellness.com. The Client may use the statutory model withdrawal form, but its use is not mandatory.

15.3. The withdrawal deadline is met if the Client sends the withdrawal statement before the end of the 14-day period.

15.4. Following an effective withdrawal, PLAYGROUND will refund all payments due to the Client without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund will be made using the same payment method originally used by the Client, unless the Client expressly agrees to another method that does not result in any additional costs.

15.5. If the provision of services began before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period at the Client’s express request, a Client who subsequently withdraws from the contract must pay for the services provided up to the time when PLAYGROUND was informed of the withdrawal. The amount due will be calculated in proportion to the services used and the price of the purchased Plan.

15.6. The right to withdraw from a service contract expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that performance began with the Client’s prior express consent and after the Client had been informed and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal would be lost once the service had been fully performed.

16. Alternative dispute resolution

16.1. A Client who is a consumer may use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints and pursuing claims. Information about available procedures can be found at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.

17. Final provisions

17.1. A purchase requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

17.3. Notice of an amendment will be published through the Service. If an amendment affects Clients with an active account or ongoing Membership, notice will also be sent to the email address connected to the account.

17.4. Amendments do not affect rights acquired before their effective date. One-off services and Class Packs purchased before an amendment remain subject to the version accepted at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by mandatory law.

17.5. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, including the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

17.6. These Terms and Conditions take effect on 23.09.2026
