Barbara’s journey is rooted in movement, travel, and mindfulness. A former athlete herself, she later became a yoga instructor for Reebok and travelled to India to experience yoga in its most authentic form. Pilates and yoga became her way of creating balance — physically and mentally — and of helping others feel more at home in their bodies. Her teaching is calm, intuitive, and deeply human, shaped by years of global travel and learning.
Mahir grew up in Turkey as a competitive athlete before following his passion into sports science and professional coaching. Over the past 15+ years, he has worked hands-on with people from all walks of life — from everyday movers to high-performing professionals — accumulating thousands of hours of one-to-one coaching experience. Along the way, he was recognised with multiple industry awards, including Trainer of the West Coast United States and Rookie of the Year. His approach today is shaped not only by certifications and science, but by real progress, real results, and real conversations on the studio floor.
