PLAY Flow is our signature reformer class — a dynamic, full-body workout designed to keep you moving, challenged and energized.

This open-level class combines smooth transitions, strength building and controlled resistance to create a continuous flow of movement. Each session is thoughtfully programmed to strengthen, lengthen and improve stability while keeping your body guessing.

With options for both regressions and progressions, PLAY Flow welcomes all levels and allows you to move at your own pace while still experiencing a powerful, balanced workout.

Expect fluid movement, strong core engagement and the joyful energy of movement that defines Playground.

Play / Foundations

PLAY Foundations is the perfect introduction to the Playground method. This class focuses on learning the fundamentals of reformer Pilates while building strength, control and confidence.

Through slower, intentional movements, you’ll explore proper alignment, breathing techniques and core engagement while gradually increasing resistance and coordination.

Ideal for those new to reformer Pilates or anyone looking to refine their technique, PLAY Foundations creates a strong base from which your practice can grow.

Expect a supportive environment, thoughtful instruction and a workout that leaves you feeling stronger and more connected to your body.

PLAY Power takes your reformer workout to the next level with a more athletic and strength-focused approach to Pilates.

Designed for those who enjoy a stronger challenge, this class builds muscular endurance, stability and control through more demanding sequences and increased resistance.

Expect powerful lower-body work, deep core engagement and dynamic movements that elevate the intensity while still maintaining the precision of Pilates.

PLAY Power is ideal for experienced clients or anyone looking for a sweat-inducing, high-energy reformer session.

Ground / Flow

GROUND Flow is a gentle, breath-led yoga class designed to reconnect you with your body through mindful movement.

This slow and steady flow focuses on mobility, balance and conscious breathing, helping release tension while improving flexibility and posture.

Perfect as a complement to Pilates training or as a stand-alone practice, GROUND Flow allows you to slow down, move with intention and leave feeling refreshed and centered.

Ground / Restore

GROUND Restore is a deeply calming class designed to help your body recover and your mind unwind.

Through slow stretches, supported postures and guided breathing, this class encourages deep relaxation while releasing built-up tension from muscles and connective tissue.

Ideal for evening sessions or recovery days, GROUND Restore helps reset the nervous system and leaves you feeling lighter, calmer and more grounded.

Ground / Mobility

GROUND Mobility focuses on improving joint health, posture and freedom of movement.

Combining mobility drills, deep stretching and controlled strength work, this class helps restore range of motion while supporting long-term movement quality.

Particularly beneficial for desk workers, athletes or anyone feeling tight or restricted, GROUND Mobility helps your body move more freely and efficiently.

Private Sessions

Private sessions at Playground offer a personalised approach to movement, tailored specifically to your goals and needs.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your Pilates practice, work through an injury, improve athletic performance or simply enjoy a more focused experience, our instructors will guide you through a session designed entirely for you.

Private sessions can be booked individually, with a friend, or as a small group.

Play Burn

55 min - Reformer

Play Burn is an open-level dynamic flow class that gets all the good vibes flowing for all abilities.

It is our signature flow which is updated regularly to ensure your body is always challenged, and you leave us feeling better than ever before. The class focuses on technique enhancement, lengthening and strengthening by building resistance and adding in progressions and more challenging movements. A perfect blend of flow, sweat and the signature Play Burn. With regressions and progressions, Play Burn caters for all levels.

Play Balance

55 min - Reformer

Play Balance is a mindful workout which allows you time to find your flow and drop deeper into each move mentally and physically, leaving you feeling balanced, inside and out.

Perfect for those who are new to Reformer Pilates or those looking to calm their energy.

Play Boost

70 min - Reformer

Advanced Class – not recommended for first timers!

Boost your week with this extra long 70 minute session. Available to be booked with memberships, or directly with a Play Boost single ticket. The block cards for our 55min classes cannot be used for this flow.

Ground Boys

55 min Reformer

Ground Boys is a specialised reformer flow designed exclusively for men, focusing on building strength, improving flexibility and increasing endurance. This high-energy, intensity-driven class combines the fundamentals of reformer Pilates with advanced techniques to target core stability, muscular strength and overall body conditioning. Tailored specifically for male participants, Ground Boys provides a challenging yet balanced workout designed to improve physical resilience, support athletic performance and promote functional fitness.

Ground Bounce

55 min Reformer

Our Ground Bounce classes bring an exciting twist to traditional reformer Pilates by incorporating the jump board, adding an extra layer of dynamism and cardio intensity. With each class, you’ll experience a fast-paced, high-energy workout that combines the core-stabilizing benefits of Pilates with the exhilarating feel of cardio.  Ground Bounce is designed to make your workout feel fun and refreshing while still providing a full-body challenge that leaves you feeling strong, energized, and ready for more.

Ground Base

65 min - Mat

Learn the Base of Mat by building a strong foundation in your practice: from the ground up, develop strength and refine form and execution. Ideal for all levels, Ground Base ensures you master the fundamentals while pushing your limits. Perfect as an addition to your Reformer flows. As this can be a higher intensity class, we ask that you please bring a towel.

Play Mat

65 min Mat

Get out of your head and onto the mat. Release built-up tension through conscious breathing, deep stretches and the integration of the foam roller. Experience a deep fascial release to restore and speed up recovery. Walk away feeling calm in mind, open and grounded.

Private Classes

Find your own flow with a private session tailored to your needs. One to one, with a friend or in your own small group, we meet you where you are, in mind and body, giving you dedicated time and expertise.
